Kommon’s founders have managed teams of all different shapes, sizes and backgrounds. We know what it’s like to try to figure out the role on your own whilst under the pressure of your day job.
We also know there’s often no-one there to help. In fact, it can be the opposite. Management training can be impractical and dull, performance processes can be artificial and time-consuming, and HR software can be clunky and difficult.
That’s why we’re building Kommon. It's what we wished we had to help us with management. Finally managers can get the tools and guidance they need to perform at their best — for them, their teams, and their organisations.
